Page 2 also has a report from Louisville noting that the: "...constitution of this state being revised, amended & fairly engrossed on parchment, the President & members of the convention signed the same..." with a bit more (see). Other reports from Philadelphia, New York & Boston with various naval reports carrying over to page 3 relating to the growing troubles with France (see). Page 3 includes reports on celebration for the 4th of July. Four pages, never bound nor trimmed, very nice condition.
