Artist Bio: After growing up on her family’s farm in Lexington, Kentucky, Donna Lynn decided to follow her interests in art and history. These interests led to the historic city of Charleston, South Carolina where she attended the College of Charleston. There, Donna Lynn obtained a Bachelor of the Arts in Studio Arts and a Minor in Art History in May of 2003. At the conclusion of her undergraduate study, she accepted a position as a personal assistant in order to fullfill her dreams of traveling the world.

Artist’s Interpretation: My concept of interlocking and overlapping spheres is based on circular elements found in nature. By employing a colorful design that plays upon textural and linear effects, I hope to generate awareness for Bluegrass PRIDE’s campaign for water conservation.
