Global Warming
Tessa Gibson and Chuck McKinney

Barrel Location: Community Arts Center, Danville

Artists’ Interpretation:  Tessa and Chuck’s intent with their barrel was to draw attention to the problem of global warming.  Their barrel shows an arctic scene with melting ice.

Bio:  Tessa Gibson is a senior at Mercer County Senior High School and Chuck McKinney is a junior.  Both are interested in art, and completed their barrel in Ms. Julia Snellen’s art class as part of a class project.
